Assurf is committed to protecting user privacy. This privacy policy transparently describes personal and professional data collected through each tool, how it is used, who may receive it, how long it is retained and the rights users may exercise under the GDPR.

Assurf provides several tools. Each processes a specific data scope entered or imported by the user:

• ComptaliaRe — accounting and reinsurance. Data processed: accounting information and entries.
• Reserving tools — technical reserve calculation (actuarial methods). Data processed: claims triangles and reserves.

Data entered or imported into a tool stays strictly isolated to the user's account or organization and is never shared with other customers.

• Identification data: Last name, first name and email address when creating your account.
• Connection details: IP address, browser, operating system, visited pages, login dates and times.
• Professional data: Information entered in actuarial, accounting and underwriting modules.
• Social authentication data: When you log in through Google, Facebook or another OAuth provider, we receive only your public profile (name, email).
